If you need to cancel or amend your order, please contact us promptly. Canceled orders will incur a processing fee. We strive to ensure that the prices displayed on our website are accurate when you place your order. If an error is discovered before the goods are dispatched, we will inform you promptly. You will have the option to confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If you choose to cancel, we will refund or re-credit any payment made by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.

If no one is available at the given address to accept the delivery, we will notify you of an alternative delivery date or location for collection. Normally, ordered goods will be delivered within 3 – 5 Business Days of order acceptance unless otherwise communicated. If we're unable to deliver within 3 weeks, we'll inform you promptly. You'll have the option to cancel the order and receive a refund or re-credit for any payment made.

All orders are subject to goods availability. If any ordered goods are not readily available, we will notify you promptly and refund or re-credit any payment made. Returns of faulty goods can be made free of charge, and we'll refund the prevailing Post Office rate for second-class postage or local equivalent. Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase, in the same condition as received, with original packaging and tags where possible. All returns are at your own risk; ensure you obtain a 'proof of posting' from your Post Office or dispatch agent. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Exchanges will appear on your account as a refund and a new purchase.
