SHIPPING & EXCHANGE POLICY

- Shipping: We ship throughout the United States and to eligible international destinations. Shipping charges and any required insurance or special handling costs are disclosed before purchase.
- Free shipping: Available on qualifying U.S. orders of $1,000 or more, when advertised. Oversized items and special delivery services may be excluded. Free shipping to Canada or other countries applies only when expressly offered.
- Processing and delivery: We ship within the timeframe stated at purchase, or within 30 days if none is stated. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. If shipment is delayed, we will notify you and provide cancellation and refund options required by law.
- Secure delivery: Valuable merchandise may require insurance and a signature. Please provide an accurate address and arrange to receive your shipment.
- International orders: Customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and customs charges unless expressly included. Customs processing may delay delivery.
- Missing or damaged orders: Contact us promptly with your order number and photographs, if available. Keep the packaging. We will investigate and provide an appropriate resolution under applicable law.
- Exchanges: Request an exchange within 30 days after delivery and contact us for return instructions. For change-of-mind exchanges, customers pay return and replacement shipping, applicable insurance, and a 20% handling fee based on the exchanged item’s purchase price, excluding taxes and shipping. Return merchandise in the condition received, with accompanying certificates and accessories.
- Refunds: No monetary refunds for change-of-mind returns. Exchange fees and restrictions do not limit remedies required by law for damaged, defective, incorrect, or unshipped merchandise.
Your rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
