RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

Exchanges within 30 days of delivery. No monetary refunds for change-of-mind purchases, except where required by law.

Requesting an Exchange
Email abcrugskilims@gmail.com within 30 days after delivery with your order number and reason for the exchange. Contact us for return instructions before shipping merchandise back.

Items must be unused, unaltered, and in the condition received, with accompanying certificates, reports, accessories, and packaging where applicable.

Exchange Costs
For change-of-mind exchanges, customers pay:
- Return and replacement shipping;
- Applicable shipping insurance; and
- One 20% handling fee, calculated on the exchanged item’s purchase price, excluding taxes and shipping.
Any price difference and charges will be explained before the exchange is finalized. Replacement items are subject to availability.

Final-Sale Items
Clearance, closeout, flash-sale, overstock, custom, and personalized items are excluded from change-of-mind exchanges only when clearly identified as final sale before purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the problem, and photographs if available. Retain the item and packaging.

We will provide an appropriate resolution under applicable law. Standard exchange fees and final-sale restrictions do not apply to remedies required by law.
Cancellations & Required Refunds
Contact us promptly to request cancellation. Cancellation may not be possible after shipment.

If we cannot ship within the promised or legally required timeframe, we will provide the required notice and cancellation or refund options. Legally required refunds will be issued promptly to the original payment method unless otherwise required by law.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable law. The policy disclosed at purchase applies to your order.
