In some cases, sizes may not work and perhaps the colors do not match as intended. Whether it doesn’t work or are just unhappy with the rug, ABC Rugs Kilims will provide with the best possible customer service.

The return shipping: insurance (optional), customs, duties, Shipping, and any other fees will be charged on the customer’s account.
Customers must pay additional 20% for Handling and return items.
Customers can schedule an exchange for handmade Rugs or a return by requesting an Authorization Code via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and by sending us a copy of your original invoice and receipt by mail.
Requests made without receipts may result in delays. Be sure to include your contact information (Name, email, phone, fax) so we can send the Authorization Code, packing instructions, and return address.
Clients will receive a separate shipping label/ permission for any item clients are returning, Clients are responsible for selecting a track label shipping company plus paying the insurance and return shipping costs.
ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN MUST BE:
1.) Sent to us within 30 days of the delivery date of your order (unless the item detail page says otherwise)
2.) Sent to us in the same condition that it was delivered to you.
DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
If you received your merchandise in damaged condition, or items are missing please contact us as soon as possible to report the problem.
There are a few items that can’t be returned: Clearance items, Gift cards, Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the sale page, Special orders, Items you have already assembled/ damaged!
However, if your item is Damaged or defective or need to clean/ repair, customer must pay for all these costs, in this case, we’ll take care of it and work with you to find the best solution to exchange.
